Supervision of electrical and civil works **INTELLIGENT REAL ESTATE SERVICES, S.C. is seeking a CIVIL AND ELECTROMECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR at El Molino Residencial & Golf - León, Guanajuato** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **The Civil / Electromechanical Construction Supervisor** is responsible for ensuring the execution of civil and electromechanical construction projects, maintaining control over cost, time, and quality, as well as complying with established safety objectives. This position reports to the Construction Coordinator. **WE OFFER:** Fixed salary. * Benefits SUPERIOR to statutory requirements: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Savings box * 30-day year-end bonus * Life insurance * Subsidized cafeteria * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * 3–6 years of experience supervising electrical and civil construction works. * Up-to-date knowledge of regulations and proper use of construction logbooks. * Skills in working under pressure, proactivity, and ability to make strategic decisions. * Willingness to travel is desirable. * Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and analyze complete executive project information for assigned work fronts. * Develop specific construction programs consistent with the Construction Coordinator’s overall plan. * Ensure timely execution of works through punctual monitoring of the schedule. * Hold coordination meetings with contractors and remove constraints impeding progress. * Conduct preventive construction supervision and coordinate quality control personnel activities. * Analyze project information prior to execution, requesting necessary input from the design department. * Maintain budgetary control for each contract and validate any additional or extraordinary work. * Ensure compliance with the Site Safety Manual and the quality of work performed by contractors. * Prepare reports on project activities and incidents per established procedures. * Facilitate partial or final handovers to the client, ensuring required documentation is complete. **LOCATION:** León, Guanajuato, northern zone.
