Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Advanced English proficiency. Solid experience in banking, specifically in the credit lifecycle. Process knowledge: Origination flows, integration with risk engines, and disbursement/funding processes. Analytical capability: Expertise in As-Is assessment, stakeholder mapping (Interest/Power Matrix), and identification of cross-departmental dependencies (Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.).
