Excellent working environment. **Position:** Systems Intern **Department:** Systems Support **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day **Salary:** $6,000 MXN monthly **Modality:** On-site Candidate Profile * Student or recent graduate in Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Basic knowledge of: * Technical support * Networks and equipment maintenance * Windows and/or Linux operating systems * Microsoft Office suite * Basic knowledge of databases and programming is desirable. * Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. * Ability to work effectively in teams and attend to users. Main Responsibilities * Provide technical support to users. * Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Software installation and configuration. * Assistance in network and system administration. * Documentation of incidents and ticket tracking. * Support for IT department projects.
