We seek candidates who: 1\) Have experience as a commercial assistant and/or are involved in the entire customer service process. 2\) Have experience as a general management assistant handling invoices and accounts payable. 3\) Have experience as an administrative assistant managing Excel databases, pivot tables, filters, and preparing weekly and monthly expense reports. 4\) Provide attention to key customers. Your qualifications: a) Education: International Commerce, International Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. b) Advanced Excel proficiency. c) Intermediate English. d) One year of experience in similar roles. Responsibilities: \* Manage the installed customer base. \* Understand and engage in the full customer service lifecycle. \* Attend client meetings to support deal closures. \* Prepare reports and presentations for external and internal clients to communicate achieved results. \* Analyze information to align with proposals.
