Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist to provide advisory services and training for CONTPAQi systems, with a focus on self-learning and continuous improvement. Deliver in-person and remote advisory services for CONTPAQi systems to companies. 4. Continuously engage in self-directed learning and attend courses offered by the CONTPAQi brand. 5. Obtain certifications. 6. Perform computer formatting and network configuration. Profile: Education: High school diploma or technical vocational training (non-degree holders). Technical Competencies: Proficiency in full computer formatting procedures, network configuration, and general technical support. (Digital marketing design knowledge is desirable.) Soft Skills: Passion for self-study to remain up-to-date (mandatory), teamwork aligned with goals or objectives, empathy toward colleagues, self-assessment ability, and logical reasoning capacity.
