Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, integrate, and optimize autonomous AI agents, collaborating with teams to align solutions with business objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams INTECH IT SERVICES is looking for an AI Agent Developer Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents that interact with internal and external systems to perform automated or assisted tasks. Integrate state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) into agent architectures, ensuring functionality, coherence, and performance. Connect agents with APIs, backend services, databases, and business workflows, enabling complex interactions and business-specific utilities. Optimize agent behavior by tuning prompting strategies, parameters, and approaches to ensure solution effectiveness and scalability. Perform testing, validation, monitoring, and continuous adjustments of agents to ensure reliability and stability in production. Document technical decisions, deployments, and user manuals for internal teams and clients. Collaborate with consulting, engineering, product, and operations teams to align AI solutions with business goals. Professional Experience Familiarity with Google Gemini on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and intelligent agents (e.g., integration and usage in enterprise workflows). Cloud Run Jobs Pub/Sub Firestore GitLab CI/CD MkDocs Soft Skills Ability to translate business requirements into AI technical solutions. Effective communication with clients and technical teams. Analytical problem-solving and methodical approach to complex technical challenges. Proactive attitude, technological curiosity, and continuous learning of emerging AI technologies. Experience Level Mid-level to senior profile, with at least 2–4 years of experience in AI solution and agent development, and specific experience with AI platforms or generative models.
