




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to control and track services, coordinate activities, manage logistics, prepare reports, and support engineers/technicians. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business service tracking and coordination 2. Remote engineering support and incident management 3. Direct contact with technical staff and support *Work Location* Avenida Lázaro Cardenas, Col. Los Pinos, Culiacán Rosales, Sin. Work Modality: On-site Full-time, Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. Responsibilities / Assignments: · Tracking (contact with field engineering teams, coordination) · Follow-up appointments: contact coordination team for rescheduling · Filling out service control logs · Remote support to Engineering · Contact with support or second-line teams. · Reporting incidents occurring during service delivery or tracking - Data entry and tracking, with knowledge of ATM (automated teller machine) tracking We provide all statutory benefits.
