The purpose of our Administrative Accounting Assistant is to perform activities related to compiling, recording, and safeguarding information in accordance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures, in support of financial report preparation. Job Responsibilities: 1.- Record financial transactions of the companies, compiling supporting documentation and requesting clarifications from relevant parties, to ensure information availability in accounting systems. 2.- Identify variances during warehouse reconciliations for clarification and recording in the accounting system. 3.- Record accounting journal entries to reflect cost and expense allocations in the accounting ledgers. 4.- Record invoices for calculation and fulfillment of payments. 5.- Safeguard documents physically and electronically for future reference. Education Requirements: Our position requires: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a technical degree in Accounting. Work Experience: Basic administrative and accounting activities. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, invoicing, accounting software, and office tools. Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. Job Benefits: Competitive salary.
