




Job Summary: OLICER is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to support payment registration and control, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and document management. Join our team as: **Accounting Assistant** **We offer you:** · Direct employment contract with the company. · Salary negotiable based on experience. · Statutory benefits. · Job stability. · Option for an indefinite-term contract. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00; Saturdays, 09:00–13:00\. **Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (intern or graduate)** **Experience:** · Minimum 2 years of experience in a company or accounting firm. **Key Duties:** · Support in daily recording, control, and tracking of payments and bank transactions (transfers, SPEI, international transfers, inter-account transfers, payroll disbursement, tax payments, etc.). · Preparation of bank reconciliations and daily balance control. · Review and follow-up on accounts payable and receivable. · Data entry and transaction control in systems, as well as updating Excel reports. · Payroll preparation and processing, including tax calculations, withholdings, and employer obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT). · Handling and follow-up on bank clarifications (unrecognized charges). · Document management and support for monthly operational closing. · Support and follow-up on procedures and communication with banking institutions. **Knowledge and Skills:** · Proficiency in electronic banking (SPEI, transfers, payroll disbursement, tax payments). · Preparation of bank reconciliations and daily balance control. · Knowledge of general accounting and treasury processes. · Accounts payable and receivable follow-up. · Payroll preparation and processing. · Tax calculation, withholdings, and employer obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT). · Intermediate Excel skills (database management, reporting, reconciliations). · Proficiency in accounting and payroll software. · Administrative organization and document control. **Personal Qualities:** · High level of organization and attention to detail. · Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality in handling financial information. · Proactivity and problem-solving ability. · Punctuality and adherence to deadlines. · Teamwork and effective communication. **Work Location:** · Atizapán de Zaragoza (behind Tecnológico de Monterrey) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000\.00 per month Work Mode: On-site employment
