Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and execute electromechanical and hydrosanitary installations in commercial, industrial, hotel, and office projects. Key Highlights: 1. Availability to supervise multiple construction fronts **Position Title:** MEP Site Supervisor (Electrical, Voice & Data, and HVAC) **Salary:** $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 MXN per month (based on experience). **Job Description:** A growing company seeks an MEP Site Supervisor to coordinate, supervise, and execute electromechanical and hydrosanitary installations across various commercial, industrial, hotel, and office projects in Mexico City. **Main Responsibilities:** * On-site supervision of contractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality. * Reading, interpreting, and approving routing paths on installation drawings (Electrical, HVAC, Voice & Data, Hydrosanitary). * Preparing construction generators, estimates, and weekly progress reports. * Monitoring the construction logbook and ensuring compliance with safety measures. * Availability to supervise and travel to different construction sites within the same week (Mandatory). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Graduated or Intern with proof). * **Experience:** 2–3 years of verifiable experience as an Installation or MEP Site Supervisor. * **Software:** Proficiency in AutoCAD (70% for drawing review and editing) and Excel (for generators). * Document control support provided by a specialist. * Willingness to travel outside CDMX for short periods (Mandatory). **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Fuel allowance / Inter-site transportation allowances * 100% company-paid per diems for out-of-town projects (accommodation, transportation, and meals).
