




Spark Technologies is growing, and we’re looking for a **Technical Support Engineer** to join our team in Mexicali! What You’ll Be Doing: * **Install and configure surveillance systems** (IP/analog cameras, DVR/NVR). * **Provide computer support** for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. * **Troubleshoot hardware/software issues** and perform routine maintenance. * **Support network connectivity** (Wi\-Fi, LAN, printers). * **Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions.** * **Assist with onboarding/offboarding** from a technical perspective. * **Maintain IT inventory and documentation.** * **Deliver remote and on\-site support** to internal teams. What We’re Looking For: * Experience in technical support or IT services. * Knowledge of camera systems and computer hardware/software. * Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments. * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. ??
