




Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Network Voice Engineer **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work model (3 days on-site)** **Choice of location in CDMX, Guadalajara, Queretaro, or Monterrey** **Job Description:** We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Collaboration Engineer/Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise collaboration solutions within our global environment. This position requires **in-depth technical expertise in Cisco and Avaya voice technologies**, including **Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) On\-Prem, Call Manager Express, Webex Calling, Expressway, and Avaya communication systems.** Experience with **Session Border Controllers (SBCs)**, **SIP trunks**, and hybrid deployments in Equinix or similar environments is also required. **Requirements** * More than 5 years of experience in enterprise collaboration/voice environments. * In-depth knowledge of Cisco CUCM (On\-Prem and Cloud), CME, Webex, and Expressway. * Solid understanding of Avaya Communication Manager and related VoIP technologies. * Experience with SIP, SBCs, and voice security. * Familiarity with Equinix environments or other voice implementations in data centers. * Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration) are highly valued. * Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. * Experience integrating collaboration tools with Microsoft Teams or other platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement collaboration solutions using Cisco and Avaya technologies. * Design and provide support for Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM), both on-premises and cloud-based. * Configure and troubleshoot Call Manager Express, Webex Calling, and Expressway environments. * Work with SBCs to ensure secure and compliant voice integrations. * Migrate legacy Avaya infrastructure to modern cloud-based Cisco platforms. * Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams, especially in hosted environments such as Equinix. * Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for voice/collaboration infrastructure. * Provide Level 3 support and act as a technical expert (SME) for collaboration-related escalations. **We Offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll employment * Salary up to $120,000 gross (open to negotiation based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits (family health insurance, life insurance up to 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30 days of Christmas bonus, PTU)
