Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Diagnose, assist, and deliver personalized solutions for devices. Follow up on completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet departmental metrics and performance indicators. What are we looking for in you? High school diploma or completed technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and mobile phone repair. Strong interest in customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Full-time availability.
