What You Will Do: Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Perform customized diagnostics, support, and solutions for devices. Track completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet departmental metrics and performance indicators. What We Are Looking For: High school diploma or completed technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and mobile phone repair. Experience in customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Full-time availability.
