Provided work tools Location: Cancún, Quintana Roo Position: On-site, full-time ITEK-SP is a Mexican company headquartered in Cancún, specializing in technical support and maintenance, structured cabling, voice and data networks, video surveillance, and managed IT services. Our objective is to deliver efficient and secure technological solutions that enhance our clients’ productivity and operations. Responsibilities: • Install voice, data, and video surveillance networks, ensuring proper functionality • Test and verify continuity of cabled nodes • Dress, organize, and assemble wall-mounted and floor-standing racks with clean and professional finishing • Cable and install Access Points and network equipment • Perform ductwork, raceway, and technical mounting tasks, including installation and use of cable trays or charofil • Install, cable, and perform basic configuration of access control devices such as fingerprint readers, video door phones, electric locks, and vehicle barriers • Maintain order, cleanliness, and aesthetics on every project • Report progress, incidents, and material or tool requirements Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience installing network and voice nodes, Access Points (APs), jacks, patch panels, and structured cabling • Knowledge of raceway and ductwork installation using lightweight PVC and galvanized materials, and charofil • Experience installing video surveillance (CCTV) systems • Proficiency with manual and power tools such as rotary hammers, drills, hacksaws, grinders, etc. • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard automobiles • Organized, responsible, detail-oriented individual with critical thinking skills and appreciation for clean, aesthetic installations We Offer: • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience • Statutory benefits • Project-specific work tools provided • Opportunities for professional growth • Excellent work environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 2 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: Between 23 and 38 years Knowledge: Efficiency, Structured cabling, Preventive maintenance, Networks, Support, Technological solutions Driver’s licenses: B
