Job Summary: We are seeking a Collection Supervisor to coordinate and guide teams, monitor performance, manage portfolios, train agents, and resolve incidents at a leading credit recovery company. Ongoing training and resolution of complex incidents LEADING CREDIT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION AND RECOVERY COMPANY IN MEXICO · RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Supervision: Coordinate and guide collection executives, ensuring they meet daily and monthly targets. Performance Monitoring: Review calls and collection activities, verifying service quality and protocol compliance. Portfolio Management: Track accounts receivable, establishing strategies to reduce delinquency and improve recovery rates. Training and Feedback: Provide continuous training and feedback to agents to strengthen negotiation and customer service skills. Reporting and Metrics: Prepare reports on results, collection KPIs, and team productivity for management review. Incident Resolution: Handle complex cases or difficult customers, supporting the team in identifying effective solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
