Architect and implement global manufacturing structural test strategies for New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring Contract Manufacturing/Original Design Manufacturing (CM/ODM) solutions align with stringent product requirements. * Lead the end\-to\-end development and deployment of structural test platforms, including In\-Circuit Testing (ICT), flying probe, and boundary scan, across partner manufacturing sites. * Audit fixture qualifications using gauge repeatability and reproducibility and strain gauge analysis. Evaluate test plan stability and coverage to eliminate "false fails" and meet organizational quality benchmarks. * Provide technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle. Drive test capacity readiness, support NPI builds, and perform deep\-dive root cause analysis for manufacturing yield excursions and field escapes.
