SENIOR AUDITOR JOB DESCRIPTION: Actively participates in the execution of internal audits in accordance with the approved annual audit plan, collaborating across all stages of the process: from collection and analysis of documentary and operational information, to identification of findings and drafting of recommendations. Conducts control and substantive testing to assess process effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and appropriate risk management across areas such as finance, operations, human resources, technology, among others. Ensures each audit is conducted in alignment with established objectives, assigned timelines, and applicable professional standards. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Audit analysis and testing aligned with audited topics. Validate compliance with internal policies by auditees. Prepare and document evidence from audit tests. Support internal control review within the company. Documentary and electronic reviews of information requested from auditees. Prepare and document audit working papers. Various audit-related activities. Support in handling the Ethics Hotline. Interview process owners (auditees). Support in tracking adherence to recommendation implementation schedules. Support in conducting special reviews. Support in performing internal audits of the ISMS and QMS. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 2 years of experience in internal auditing (using COSO methodology) – MANDATORY. EXPERIENCE IN: Internal audits of processes. Knowledge of internal controls. Experience preparing audit reports.
