We are looking for your talent as a REPAIR TECHNICIAN with experience in electronic boards and equipment, component and tool handling, schematic reading skills, and repair techniques. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma or completed technical program. English: Basic level. 1–3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in handling and repairing electronic boards, components, and equipment. Proficiency in handling components and tools. Knowledge of repair and soldering techniques. Ability to read and interpret schematics. Knowledge of component repair and replacement. OBJECTIVE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform precise and effective repairs on electronic components and circuits, ensuring equipment operates correctly. Component replacement: Identify defective components and replace them with new or repaired parts per manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, including diagnosed issues, actions taken, and components used. Minimize repair process downtime. Actively contribute to waste reduction. WORK SCHEDULE: Fixed shifts based on availability and project requirements. Morning shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Saturday. Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Saturday. Night shift (Vesta): 10:30 PM–5:30 AM, Monday–Saturday. Night shift (Bosques and Montenegro): 10:30 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday. Administrative shift: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
