Responsibilities: Posting vacancies on various recruitment sources. Active candidate sourcing (headhunting). Resume screening and initial interviews. Coordinating interviews with internal clients. Candidate follow-up throughout the entire process. Managing recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing channels, etc.). Supporting talent attraction strategies and continuous process improvement. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree (Psychology, Business Administration, or related field). Intermediate English (ability to conduct basic interviews or written communication). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection. Proficiency in job boards and social media.
