Main Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate collection contact center calls, ensuring compliance with quality guidelines and policies. Prepare quality reports based on evaluation forms. Provide individual and group feedback to agents to drive improvement in collections management. Conduct call calibrations and propose improvement strategies. Meet the established work plan and number of monitoring sessions. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience as a Quality Analyst in a call center (monitoring, calibrations, and feedback).
