Job Summary: We are seeking a Portfolio Risk Analyst to manage, analyze, and control financial and legal risks associated with large-scale portfolios. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and analyzes financial and legal risks of large-scale portfolios. 2. Supervises and validates customer portfolios. 3. Evaluates real estate assets and participates in financial risk committees. We are looking for a Portfolio Risk Analyst to join our team in Tlalnepantla de Baz. The primary objective of this role is to ensure proper management, analysis, and control of financial and legal risks linked to large-scale portfolios. Main Responsibilities: Supervision, analysis, and validation of customer portfolio value. Administration of legal and financial processes: settlements, portfolio sales and purchases, and legal matters. Documentary validation at the control desk according to sale type. Evaluation and analysis of real estate assets for valuation and appreciation estimates. Participation in financial risk committees for decision-making. Control of large-scale portfolios, special discounts, and recovery quality analysis. Support in audits, generation of collections reports, and financial performance evaluation. Tax calculation and portfolio reserve administration. Work Location: Tlalnepantla de Baz (Centrum Park), Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We Offer: Base Salary: $17,000 monthly.
