Position Summary: Responsible for strategic planning, coordination, resource and risk management, effective communication, performance monitoring, and change management in complex programs. Optimize efficiency through effective resource allocation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive program plan illustrating objectives, scope, and program deliverables. Coordination: This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and align the program with the organization's strategic vision. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology; this requires a keen understanding of resource availability and project requirements to optimize efficiency. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Effective Communication: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; this requires effective communication with team members, executives, and external partners to ensure all parties are aligned and informed about program progress. Performance Monitoring: Track program performance against established KPIs; data analysis, report generation, and data-driven decision-making to improve program outcomes.
