Your Role: You will be the key person ensuring our team receives their earnings accurately and on time, leading administrative control and legal compliance for our various employer registrations. What We Are Looking For? Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience leading payroll processes (mandatory experience managing multiple registrations). Technical Proficiency: Advanced use of NOMINPAQ. Expertise in IMSS portals (IDSE), SUA, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT. In-depth knowledge of Payroll Tax calculation. Skills: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables and formulas), strong organizational ability, and strict confidentiality in handling information. Your Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Preparation and comprehensive calculation of weekly and biweekly payroll. Legal Compliance: Employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, and tax determinations. Incident Control: Management of absences, disabilities, vacations, and personnel file administration. Cycle Closing: Calculation of severance payments, settlements, and annual adjustments. Auditing: Preparation of detailed reports for internal and external reviews. Talent Support: Resolve employee inquiries with excellent service. What We Offer: Salary: $22,000 net (take-home) monthly. Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
