Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Payroll Manager to ensure the proper management and control of payroll processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a committed, organized, and highly responsible Payroll Manager who ensures the proper management and control of payroll processes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed). • Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a Payroll Manager in payroll preparation and administration. • Solid knowledge of: o IMSS, SUA, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT portals. o Payroll Tax calculation. • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). • Experience using NOMINPAQ. • High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. • Experience managing multiple Employer Registration Numbers. Main Responsibilities: • Preparation and calculation of weekly/biweekly payroll. • Employee onboarding, termination, and modifications with IMSS. • Tax determination and fulfillment of employer obligations. • Monitoring and reconciliation of payroll incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations). • Personnel file administration and document control. • Assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries. • Calculating and managing severance payments, liquidations, and annual adjustments. • Preparing reports for internal and external audits.
