




Position Summary: We are seeking a payroll management expert to ensure accuracy and timeliness in payments, while leading administrative control and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Your Role in This Position: You will be the key person ensuring our team receives their earnings accurately and on time, leading administrative control and legal compliance for our various employer registrations. What We Are Looking For? Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 verifiable years leading payroll processes (mandatory experience managing multiple registers). Technical Expertise: Advanced use of NOMINPAQ. Expertise in IMSS portals (IDSE), SUA, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT. In-depth knowledge of Payroll Tax calculation. Skills: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables and formulas), strong organizational ability, and strict confidentiality in handling information. Your Main Responsibilities: Operational Management: Comprehensive preparation and calculation of weekly and biweekly payroll. Legal Compliance: Employee onboarding/offboarding, salary adjustments, and tax determinations. Incident Control: Managing absences, disabilities, vacations, and personnel file administration. Cycle Closing: Calculation of severance payments, settlements, and annual adjustments. Auditing: Preparation of detailed reports for internal and external reviews. Employee Support: Resolving employee inquiries with excellent service. What We Offer: Salary: $22,000 net (tax-free) per month. Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
