Passion for customer service and support COMPUTER AND TELEPHONY EQUIPMENT REPAIR TECHNICIAN Location: MacStore San Angel At MacStore, Mexico’s #1 Apple authorized distributor, we are looking for talent passionate about technology and customer service to join our team. Required Profile Completed high school diploma or technical vocational training. Minimum 1 year of experience repairing computer and telephony equipment. Passion for customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Deliver personalized customer service and issue resolution. Follow up on completed service requests. Promote and sell additional services. Meet established performance metrics and KPIs. We Offer Base monthly salary: $9,900.00 MXN gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. Benefits and perks exceeding statutory requirements. Monthly food vouchers: $350 MXN. Profit-sharing (approx. 3 months’ salary).
