Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Lawyer to manage employment terminations, labor claims, and ensure legal compliance in labor matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages employment terminations and labor claims 2. Ensures legal compliance in contracts and regulations 3. Participates in preventive actions for occupational risks LEADING CREDIT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION AND RECOVERY COMPANY IN MEXICO LABOR LAWYER We offer: Base salary: $20,567 gross monthly Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Annual bonus: up to 4 months’ salary Superior benefits: effective after 3 months of seniority Responsibilities: Daily Employment terminations and preparation of administrative minutes Handling and management of internal and external labor claims Processing official notices related to child support payments Periodic Preparation and monitoring of internal committees: Occupational Safety and Hygiene General Employment Conditions Training and Development Handling inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare Updating and submitting REPSE, IMSS, and INFONAVIT information Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, agreements, and internal regulations, ensuring legal and internal policy compliance Preparing reports and maintaining up-to-date labor legal documentation Participating in preventive actions for occupational risk management and operational support Requirements: Calculation and administration of severance payments Procedures before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL) Legislation on occupational safety and hygiene Handling of internal and external labor legal procedures Bachelor’s Degree in Law Experience in a similar position (1 year) Work Location: Tlalnepantla de Baz, Centrum Park. !!!IF YOU MEET THE PROFILE, APPLY NOW!!!. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree years of experience Keywords: lawyer, letrado, jurista, legalista, abogado, callcenter, teleoperador, telefonista, telephonist, telefonico
