Seeking a LABOR LAWYER who meets the following requirements: Daily Functions and Responsibilities Employment terminations and preparation of administrative minutes Handling and management of internal and external labor claims Handling official notices related to child support payments Periodic tasks Preparation and follow-up of internal committees: Occupational Safety and Health General Terms and Conditions of Employment Training and Development Handling inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare Updating and submitting REPSE, IMSS, and INFONAVIT information Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, agreements, and internal regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies Preparing reports and maintaining up-to-date labor legal documentation Participating in preventive actions for labor risk management and operational support · Required Experience and Knowledge BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN LABOR LAW Calculation and administration of severance payments Procedures before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL) Legislation on occupational safety and health Handling of internal and external labor legal procedures We Offer Base Salary: $20,567 gross monthly Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Annual Bonus: 4 months Superior Benefits: effective after 3 months of seniority. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 45 years Keywords: generalist, general, labour, gremial, sindical, laboral
