What will you do in this role? -Support the regulatory team to ensure product certification processes. -Monitor validity periods and renewals of import-related procedures. -Assist in tracking payments for import-related invoices. -Enter expense accounts and invoices into the internal ERP system. -Support administrative and document control within the department. What are we looking for? Completed or recently completed bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade, International Business, or a related field. Basic or academic knowledge of: -Tariff classification. -Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), preferably encountered during academic training: -Safety standards: NOM-001, NOM-003, NOM-019. -Energy efficiency standards: NOM-029, NOM-030, NOM-032. -Telecommunications standards: NOM-208, NOM-221, IFT-2017, IFT-012. -Commercial information standards: NOM-004, NOM-024, NOM-050. -Interest in certification processes, imports, and administrative follow-up. -Basic proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. -Learning attitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail. *Extensive work experience is not required; we value professional internships, social service, or related academic projects.
