




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage personnel, control files, and support collaborators at a leading company in Mexico. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel and file administration. 2. Attention and support for collaborators' needs. 3. Management of personnel onboarding, offboarding, and incidents. ******LEADING CREDIT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATOR AND RECOVERY SPECIALIST IN MEXICO****** HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT Responsibilities: Personnel onboarding and offboarding control in the internal Human Resources system File administration Personnel administration: employer letters, incident tracking, medical leaves, vacation management, ST-7 form completion, preparation of administrative minutes Answering collaborators' inquiries Control of computer equipment and mobile phone assignments to HO staff; requesting system user accounts for new Contact Center personnel Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
