




Job Summary: This role focuses on the integration and analysis of Human Resources information, optimizing processes with Excel, and managing databases for reporting and expense analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Integration and analysis of key Human Resources information 2. Creation and automation of Excel templates 3. Design and maintenance of databases for HR Daily Responsibilities Integration and analysis of information from various Human Resources areas, including payroll expenses, monthly bonus calculation, employee turnover rate, and satisfaction level. Creation and automation of templates and files in Excel to optimize administrative processes. Design and maintenance of databases supporting comprehensive Human Resources management. Periodic Responsibilities Preparation of bonus reports for the Call Center department. Generation of consolidated expense reports for resource administration. Analysis of expenses by department, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
