Job Summary: This role involves integrating and analyzing HR information, creating and automating Excel templates, and designing databases to support comprehensive HR management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive analysis of Human Resources information 2. Administrative process optimization using Excel 3. Design and maintenance of databases for HR Daily Responsibilities Integration and analysis of HR information from various areas: payroll expenses, monthly bonus calculation, employee turnover rate, and satisfaction level. Creation and automation of Excel templates and files to optimize administrative processes. Design and maintenance of databases supporting comprehensive Human Resources management. Periodic Responsibilities Preparation of bonus reports for the Call Center department. Generation of consolidated expense reports for resource administration. Analysis of expenses by department, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
