Job Summary: Compusof México is seeking a Field Technical Support specialist to diagnose failures, perform maintenance, and configure computer equipment, networks, and telephony systems. Requirements: Technical degree in computing or systems, or equivalent qualification in a related field Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic level). Structured cabling (desirable). Configuration of routers, switches, and network hubs. Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by customers. Replace parts, track incidents, provide support, and close reports. 100% FIELD WORK. Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical failure requests from users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client. We Offer: Training as a Field Engineer.
