Job Summary: Compusof Mexico is seeking a Field Technical Support professional to diagnose and resolve technical issues, handling incidents and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Compusof Mexico We are looking for your talent as Field Technical Support in Toluca. Requirements: Technical degree in computing or systems, or equivalent in a related field. Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience). Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic). Structured cabling (desirable). Router, switch, and hub configuration.* Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers. Replace parts, track incidents, handle and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical fault requests from users within the timeframes agreed with the client.
