Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (preferred) Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Network Switches. Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers.
