Position Summary: Ensure the efficiency of external agencies in credit recovery through monitoring and analysis of telephone collection strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and monitoring of external collection agencies 2. KPI analysis and preparation of performance reports 3. Effective communication and supervision of agency performance Objective: Ensure that assigned external collection agencies operate efficiently and align with the credit recovery strategy. Location: Tlalnepantla de Baz (Centrum Park) A portfolio management company dedicated to recovering various types of credits. Main Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure proper execution of the telephone collection strategy assigned to agencies. Maintain effective communication between agencies and the company. Monitor recovery KPIs and goal achievement. Analyze results and prepare reports. Supervise quality notes, database loading, and agency performance.
