Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Collection Supervisor with expertise in portfolio administration and recovery, responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and training teams, as well as managing the portfolio and resolving incidents. Training and feedback to strengthen skills LEADING CREDIT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION AND RECOVERY COMPANY IN MEXICO · RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Supervision: Coordinate and guide collection executives to ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets. Performance Monitoring: Review calls and collection activities, verifying service quality and protocol compliance. Portfolio Management: Track accounts receivable, establishing strategies to reduce delinquency and improve recovery. Training and Feedback: Provide ongoing training and feedback to agents to strengthen negotiation and service skills. Reporting and Metrics: Prepare reports on results, collection indicators, and team productivity for management review. Incident Resolution: Handle complex cases or difficult customers, supporting the team in finding effective solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
