Supervisor of Safety and Hygiene (SHE) * Engineer in occupational safety and health, environmental, industrial or related field. * Knowledge and implementation of the regulatory framework in safety, environment, and civil protection. * Experience as a safety supervisor. Minimum 2 years. * Required experience in CONSTRUCTION WORK and supervision of excavation, demolition, working at heights, hot work, lifting operations, confined spaces. * Communication and supervisory skills. * Must pass client's examination. Responsibilities: * Preparation and approval of risk assessments for low and high-risk activities. * Management of procedures for work permit authorization. * Execution of work in compliance with current regulations. * Provide training and safety, hygiene, and environmental talks. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations. * Implement and supervise safety procedures. * Conduct safety inspections to identify and correct hazards. * Monitor facilities, PPE, and machinery. * Assist in administrative tasks.
