TRAXIÓN LOGISTICA A company dedicated to logistics and storage of products from various brands is looking for your talent as: SUPERVISOR OF SAFETY AND HYGIENE (SHE) Requirements: * \-Industrial, chemical, environmental engineering or related field (Graduated) * \-Age between 30 and 45 years old * \-1 year of previous experience in safety and hygiene. * \-Availability to rotate shifts every 15 days. * \- MANDATORY TO RESIDE IN Querétaro” Experience in: * Formation of emergency brigades: Firefighting, First Aid, Rescue * Knowledge of STPS, SEMARNAT and Civil Protection regulations . Audits and consulting * High-risk work (Confined spaces, Working at heights) * Hazardous waste management Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with federal, state and municipal legal programs (Environment, Civil Protection, STPS). * Handle inspections related to safety, health and environment. * Establish policies regarding industrial safety, occupational health and environmental protection. * Monitor the Annual Training Plan. * Review permits for high-risk activities (heights, confined spaces, hot work). * Establish safety procedures at work (hazardous substances, machine maintenance and operation, first aid, load handling, steam generators, electrical installations, grounding, hot work, contractors, drills), occupational health and environmental practices. * Generate indicators (weekly KPIs for safety, health and environment). * Collaborate on Occupational Health programs. * Ensure proper execution and development of work plans across all company areas. * Evaluate feasibility of projects related to work areas. * Ensure proper implementation of emergency response plans. * Supervise formation, training and operation of emergency brigades, first aid and fire extinguishing teams. * Develop and update procedures, instructions, forms or reports related to occupational safety and health. * Develop action plans and verify their implementation following incidents, workplace accidents and occupational diseases. * Promote a culture focused on safety, labor regulations and safe practices within the organization.
