Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Risk Management, Security, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Knowledge of internal civil protection plans. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement appropriate security strategies for properties under your responsibility. Establish and maintain emergency protocols. 2. Supervise the operation of security systems (alarms, cameras, access controls). Assess risks and vulnerabilities. 3. Coordinate with external security forces when necessary (public security or other security companies). 4. Conduct periodic training and updates for security personnel to maintain high performance standards. 5. Monitor and evaluate the security team’s performance and respond to incidents and emergencies.
