Job Summary: We are seeking an Asset Security Assistant to coordinate on-site personnel activities, respond to incidents, and negotiate with authorities to ensure corporate security. Experience in security protocols and crisis management. **Opportunity:** We are seeking an Asset Security Assistant to work at Event Express. This role is essential for ensuring security and order within our company. We seek a professional who can coordinate the activities and tasks of on-site personnel, respond to vehicle-related and emergency incidents, and conduct negotiations with Public Security and Traffic authorities. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site personnel to ensure compliance with preventive security protocols for Auto Sales vehicle entry and exit. * Review and authorize access request information for visitors, suppliers, and staff. * Respond to telephone-reported incidents such as thefts, collisions, accidents, attempted thefts, traffic violations, etc. * Address any incidents reported by on-site personnel, including losses or thefts, open Auto Sales doors, or lights left on in Auto Sales units. * Monitor Panamericano’s entry and exit via CEDIS surveillance cameras. * Train and instruct on-site personnel on topics including prevention, visitor reception, access control, logbook completion, and form filling. * Patrol and inspect the external perimeter of each CEDIS when on-site to identify potential risks. * Visit on-site personnel at CEDIS once weekly to review logbook completion, staff interactions, and visitor handling. * Supervise on-site personnel, reporting incidents, vacations, leaves, absences, etc. * Supervise compliance with security protocols. * Coordinate with security teams in case of incidents. * Ensure protection of assets and personnel. **Requirements:** * Experience in security, action, and preventive protocols; standing orders; monitoring; traffic regulations; internal regulations of the National Insurance and Finance Commission; civil protection; first aid; fire suppression, etc. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and under pressure. * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in a field related to asset security. * Ability to make decisions during crises, manage personnel, and communicate assertively and empathetically. **Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary of $14,000\.00 to $16,000\.00. * Ongoing training. * Professional development opportunities.
