Ability to follow instructions and protocols As a Prevention Agent, your daily objective is: To ensure the safety and integrity of facilities, personnel, and visitors through rigorous access control and proactive surveillance, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s prevention and protection protocols. Some of your responsibilities include: * Supervise the entry and exit of employees, suppliers, and visitors, ensuring proper registration in logs. * Conduct regular facility patrols to identify hazardous conditions or unsafe acts. * Prepare detailed and timely reports on any anomalies detected during your shift. * Monitor compliance with internal safety and civil protection regulations. * Prevent losses, damages, or thefts of company equipment and property. * And others. **Profile Requirements:** * **Minimum Education:** Completed high school (Certificate required). * **Schedule Availability:** Willingness to rotate 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * **Experience:** Preferred experience in security, surveillance, or prevention roles; however, we are open to training candidates who demonstrate the right attitude. * **Skills:** * Excellent punctuality and attendance. * Ability to follow safety instructions and protocols. * Proficiency in completing simple forms and logs. * Good interpersonal skills with the public and colleagues (customer service orientation). * Must reside in Cabo San Lucas. Stable employment, unaffected by low season.
