Position Summary: We are seeking a Paramedic with experience in vertical construction projects to lead emergency response, coordinate drills, and manage health records. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of health records and preventive occupational health work. **PARAMEDIC** **EXPERIENCE IN VERTICAL HOUSING (CONSTRUCTION)** **Education:** Technical Certificate in Medical Emergencies (mandatory). **Work Location:** Azcapotzalco, CDMX / Monday to Saturday **Experience:** 2 years in First Aid, Paramedic role on vertical residential tower construction projects, document control, assembling customized health records, managing workplace accidents and IMSS follow-up, field-based preventive work and negotiation with operational, administrative, and subcontractor personnel, fire suppression, basic safety and hygiene regulations, fundamental concepts of occupational health · **First Aid**: Lead on-site emergency response; train and instruct emergency brigades including first aid, firefighting, search and rescue, and evacuation. · **Document Control:** Record incident and accident histories; safeguard documents required by STPS and other government agencies. · **Paramedic for Vertical Buildings**: Coordinate and conduct evacuation, firefighting, search and rescue, and first aid drills; monitor implementation of the Civil Protection Plan; verify documentation compliance for new hires; deliver talks and perform checks at the start of each work shift. · **Assembling Customized Health Records**: Collect personnel information for decision-making related to treatment, medical consultations, and/or medication administration. · **Preventive Work**: Support accident prevention and enhance physical, emotional, and social well-being of staff. **Competencies:** Integrity, Discipline, Commitment, Negotiation, Effective Communication, Timely Problem Solving, Adaptability, Teamwork, Proactiveness. **We Offer:** $15,000 to $16,000 gross monthly salary via payroll, food vouchers, and superior benefits.
