Proactivity in continuing professional and technical training **Experience:** EHS Consultants seeks an Engineer for the Occupational Safety and Civil Protection Department **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TRAINER** **Requirements:** * **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Protection, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.** * Basic Civil Protection courses (fire extinguisher use, evacuation, first aid). * Basic STPS occupational safety course. * Basic knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) related to occupational safety. * Interest in developing expertise in occupational safety and civil protection topics. * Responsibility to fulfill assigned tasks and training objectives. * Empathy and adaptability when working with people of diverse levels and backgrounds. * Participation in emergency brigade activities, drills, or development of safety plans. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support delivery of civil protection courses (e.g., fire extinguisher use, evacuations, emergency management). * Preparation of reports. * Stay updated on regulatory requirements and participate in advanced training programs. * Proactivity in continuing professional and technical training.
