




Job Summary: Supervise hotel operations and maintenance, managing administrative activities, procurement, energy and water controls, civil works, and personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel. 2. Management of supplies, energy, water, and civil works. 3. Personnel administration and maintenance log management. · Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations of the hotel. · Responsible for administrative activities related to the department. · Responsible for requesting procurement of equipment, spare parts, supplies, and materials required for operations from the corresponding department. · Maintain energy consumption controls. · Responsible for validating and ensuring water supply across all necessary facilities. · Responsible for fuel controls for electricity generation and vehicles. · Responsible for maintaining electrical energy controls. · Supervisor of civil works for renovations carried out in various departments. · Negotiations with contracted suppliers. · Requesting temporary personnel hiring for civil works, renovations, and equipment repairs. · Development of renovation proposals. · Preparation of the Annual Continuous Service Plan for Electrical Power Plants. · Responsible for ensuring general room maintenance. · Responsible for managing the maintenance log. · Ensure the competency level of subordinates through proper selection, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. · Responsible for conducting inventory of the maintenance warehouse. · Handle and follow up on official visits related to the area (Civil Protection, Fire Department, SEMARNAT, Public Services, ZOFEMAT, and PROFEPAS). \*Accommodation included.
