




Job Summary: Supervise the hotel's preventive and corrective maintenance operations, managing administrative activities, procurement, energy controls, and renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel. 2. Manage department administration and resource control. 3. Supervise renovation projects and ensure general maintenance. · Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations at the hotel. · Responsible for administrative activities related to the department. · Responsible for requesting procurement of equipment, spare parts, supplies, and materials required for operations from the relevant department. · Maintain energy consumption controls. · Responsible for validating and ensuring water supply across all necessary facilities. · Responsible for fuel controls for electricity generation and vehicles. · Responsible for maintaining electrical energy consumption control. · Civil works supervisor for renovations carried out across various departments. · Negotiate with contracted suppliers. · Request temporary personnel hiring for civil works, renovations, and equipment repairs. · Develop renovation proposals. · Prepare the Annual Continuous Service Plan for Electrical Power Plants. · Responsible for ensuring general maintenance of guest rooms. · Responsible for managing the Maintenance Logbook. · Ensure staff competency under supervision through proper selection, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. · Responsible for conducting inventory of the Maintenance warehouse. · Handle and follow up on official inspections related to the area (Civil Protection, Fire Department, SEMARNAT, Public Services, ZOFEMAT, and PROFEPAS). \*Accommodation included.
