**Job Objective** Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and personnel protection regulations on site by supervising staff and contractor activities to prevent incidents, minimize risks, and guarantee operations in accordance with applicable legislation and the company’s internal standards. **Job Requirements** **Technical Knowledge.** * Regulations issued by the **Mexican Ministry of Labor and Social Security (STPS)** (NOM-009, NOM-017, NOM-019, NOM-020, NOM-026, NOM-027, NOM-030, among others). * Preparation of safety logs and reports. * Management of **work permits**. * Identification of mechanical, electrical, environmental, and ergonomic hazards. * Basic first aid (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 2–3 years as a safety officer, safety assistant, HSE officer, or similar role in civil construction or highway projects. **We Offer** * Base salary: **MXN $6,000 – $7,500 per week.** * **MXN $1,500 per month in allowances.** Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: MXN $6,000.00 – $7,500.00 per week Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
