Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate advanced quality planning, optimize processes, and present solutions to management and customers in the automotive industry. Process and Material Flow Optimization LG Innotek, Korea's first electronic components company, is a global materials and components enterprise actively fostering world-class products through continuous technological development and process innovation. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles, with automotive industry experience required. * Coordinates advanced quality planning * Strong negotiation and leadership skills with internal/external customers and suppliers. * Ability to interpret GD&T design drawings and blueprints. * Proficiency in CORE Tools and AIAG standards. * Expertise in problem analysis and resolution techniques. * Process and material flow optimization. * In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 / VDA technical specifications and familiarity with quality project activities and portal management. * Management of process and product change controls. * Solid understanding of statistics and lean manufacturing principles. * Presentation of results and solution alternatives to management and customers. * Efficient administration of assigned resources. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $19,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Meal vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid passport and visa?
