Knowledge of welding, machining, rolling, grinding, drilling, friction welding, extrusion presses, and heat treatment processes. Familiarity with ISO Quality Management Systems.**Job Description:** Primary responsibilities include: * Supervision of 3 production lines. * Maintain safety metrics at zero recordable incidents. * Implement corrective actions for hazardous conditions. * Achieve zero customer complaints. * Responsible for ensuring a positive trend in SCRAP CPU. * Achieve 90% PBA compliance. * Control area consumables: PPE, tooling, chemicals, oils, lubricants. * Ensure training processes are executed per system requirements (new hires and operational changes). * Develop CIP (Continuous Improvement Project) cost-saving initiatives. * Improve OEE (target: 85%). * Prepare A3 reports for OEE, SCRAP, and expenses. * Conduct quality and safety audits. * Develop training matrices. * Administer preventive maintenance plans. * Housekeeping and cleanliness in the area. * Ensure compliance with Norma 035 (personnel time tracking). **Required Skills and Education** * Effective communication. * Facilitating change. * Continuous improvement. * Conflict resolution. * Organization. * Working under pressure. * Proactivity. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Intermediate English. **About AAM:** As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
