Excellent personal presentation. Experience in patching, plastering, touch-up painting, painting, drilling, grinding, basic electrical work, and plumbing. Ability to identify construction materials, plumbing components, electrical components, and general tools. Proficient use of tools (e.g., drill, angle grinder, rotary hammer, etc.). **We Offer:** Monthly salary: $10,000 to $12,000 Career advancement Continuous training Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (with possibility of not working some Saturdays).
